Flight Centre South Africa joined the PDT family in 2008 and needed a cost effective and easy way to showcase their services and a great way to advertise different locations and destinations to their prospective clients.
PDT provided the hardware and software, which is monitored on a daily basis. Upgrading and uploading new content, as a client requires is also done by PDT. The information is uploaded in real time depending on connectivity.
PDT supplied and installed self-service iPads for flight centre. The iPads have information, images and videos about different destinations that a customer can locate in store. They are easy to use and they give the customer a better idea of what their destination will look like. PDT installed effective hardware and software systems countrywide. Our technician attends to all logged calls daily. We resolve any issue completely, ensuring the project runs efficiently.
Along with the iPads, PDT has installed a number of hardware that is controlled and managed remotely. Video walls and other information screens were installed to the stores. The screens were placed in the store and on the storefront to attract out of store audience. The after sales agreement with Flight Centre ensures that they inform flight centre of any offline screens and what PDT can do to help them.
